In this process, the radiator is removed from the vehicle. We then remove the top inlet tank from the radiator and this allows us to check for blockages in the tubes. We do this by flowing water up from the bottom tank. A thin steel rod is then inserted through all of the tubes. We then flush the entire radiator with air pressure and water and then reassemble and reinstall. The radiator is then pressure tested.
